| POND 1 : |
Small pond suitable for 2-3 fishermen containing mainly Carp and Tench. Good head of Carp in the 7-12lb range with the biggest going to 16lb. Not an easy pond to fish but very quiet and secluded but well worth the effort!

| POND 2 : |
A long, narrow pond suitable for up to 12 Anglers. A more open pond stocked with Carp up to 12lbs,
Perch up to 2.5 ibs, Roach up to 2lbs. Ideal father and son pond.

| POND 3 : |
Stock pond ideal for youngsters and beginners. Loads of small Carp and Roach to .5lb together with a few larger Carp up to 3lb.

| POND 4 : |
A weedy, quiet pond suitable for 3-4 fishermen. Fine Tench pond.

| POND 5 : |
Probably the most popular of the waters, this 10 pegged oval shaped water has two islands and depths to 8 feet with the average being 5 feet. Other features include large Lily pads and well-grown margin cover. There is a good mix of fish that include Carp to 14lb, Tench, Roach, Perch and Chub.

| POND 6 : |
As Pond 5 but with Bream instead of Chub. Larger fish on average than Pond 5 but with fewer smaller fish. Some deeper water - up to 10 feet. It also has a large island with mature, natural vegetation. Suit up to 12 Anglers.

The oldest and most natural of the ponds. Mainly Carp and Tench with Carp reaching 14lbs. Suitable for 4-5 Anglers.
